On weekends, I like to start my day slowly. I do not need to hurry because there is no school or work. After I get out of bed, I open the window to let in fresh air. Then, I go to the kitchen to make my breakfast. I choose something easy, like a bowl of warm oatmeal with fruit and a cup of tea. Sometimes, I sit at the table and read a book while I eat. My brother likes to join me, so we talk about our plans for the weekend. We laugh and enjoy our food together. After breakfast, we clean the table and wash the dishes. Having a relaxing breakfast makes me feel happy and ready for the day. I think it is nice to have quiet moments in the morning, especially when I am with my family.
