Every morning, I wake up at 6:30 a.m. I wash my face and brush my teeth in the bathroom. After that, I go to the kitchen to make breakfast. I usually eat a simple breakfast. My favorite breakfast is toast with butter and a cup of hot tea. Sometimes, I eat a bowl of cereal with milk or some eggs with rice. If I have time, I cut some fruit, like bananas or apples. I often have breakfast with my family. We sit together at the table and talk about our plans for the day. My father likes to drink coffee, and my mother likes to eat bread with jam. After breakfast, I wash my plate and cup. Eating breakfast gives me energy for school and helps me feel happy in the morning. I never skip breakfast because it is very important for my health.
